In relation to the upcoming May 2016 Philippine National elections, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will be accepting applications for accreditations of Filipino Community Organizations (FILCOM), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Mass Media Organizations as its partners in the conduct of overseas voting.
General requirements for accreditation include the following:

1. Duly-accomplished Accreditation Application Form; 2. Two (2) recently-taken 2x2 colored photographs; 3. An endorsement from the newspaper, television, radio station or internet news agency employing the applicant. |
Interested parties may file their application for accreditation to the Philippine Consulate General, Honolulu between 1 February and 31 March 2016 only.
Application forms may be downloaded from the websites of the COMELEC (http://comelec.gov.ph) and Department of Foreign Affairs (http://dfa.gov.ph).
