In relation to the upcoming May 2016 Philippine National elections, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will be accepting applications for accreditations of Filipino Community Organizations (FILCOM), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Mass Media Organizations as its partners in the conduct of overseas voting.

General requirements for accreditation include the following:

For FILCOM, NGOs and CSOs

For Mass Media

  1. Duly-accomplished Accreditation Application Form
  2. List of officers and members including their addresses and contact numbers; and
  3. Photocopies of valid IDs of officers and members.

1. Duly-accomplished Accreditation Application Form;

2. Two (2) recently-taken 2x2 colored photographs;

3. An endorsement from the newspaper, television, radio station or internet news agency employing the applicant.

Interested parties may file their application for accreditation to the Philippine Consulate General, Honolulu between 1 February and 31 March 2016 only.
