The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu conducted a consular outreach to Hilo, Hawaii, on 20-21 February 2016, led by Consul Roberto T. Bernardo.
Post serviced 119 passport renewals, 2 lost passports, 16 notary services and administered dual citizenship oaths to 7 dual citizenship applicants.
Post coordinated with the office of Ms. Tulpe Day, Immigration Information Specialist of Hilo County, for the use of the Aupuni Conference Center to conduct the consular outreach.
