The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu conducted team building exercises at Kualoa Ranch on 22 October 2016. Facilitators from Kualoa facilitated the group activities aimed at developing teamwork, camaraderie, and coordination among members of the Consulate.
In the afternoon, officers and staff were given a chance to bond and relax over lunch at Roy’s Restaurant at Turtle Bay Resort. The group also spent some time afterwards going around Dole Plantation. The day ended with a team dinner at Kai Market in Waikiki.
Through this one-day team building event, officers and staff are able to spend quality time together, share their views on how to further improve coordination at the work place, and strengthen the camaraderie among each other inside and outside of work. (END)
