The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu welcomed on 18 July 2017 three (3) participants of the Daniel K. Inouye Asia- Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS) - Comprehensive Security Response to Terrorism Course (CSRTC).
The participants are Col. Estela Villa, Philippine Army, Sr. Inspector Michele Ng Bonto, Warden, Pateros Municipal Jail, Bureau of Jail Management & Penology (BJMP), and Maria Veronica Pontillas, Supervising Agent, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
The CSRT course provides combatting terrorism security practitioners in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as other countries the operational and strategic-level skills to enhance their ability to understand and combat terrorism and transnational threats. The CSRT course runs from July 13 to August 10, 2017. END
