Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin met with Mr. Akio Hoshino, Executive Director of Honolulu Festival Foundation (HFF) on 09 November 2017. Mr. Hoshino was accompanied by Mr. Hidehiko Hayashi, HFF Chief Administrator, Ms. Dina Ogata, JTB Global Travel Services Manager and Mr. Masahiro Tanaka, Senior Manager of JTB.  Also joining the meeting is Ms. Soledad Solleza, Area Manager – Hawaii, Philippine Airlines.

HFF is inviting the Philippine participation again to their 24th Annual Honolulu Festival on 9-11 March 2018.  This will be the 3rd time that the Philippines will participate in the festival.  In 2017, the Philippine Consulate partnered with (4) major Filipino organizations in Hawaii to ensure a bigger, more inclusive and culturally-enriching Philippine participation to the Honolulu Festival.
