Hawaii Governor David Ige of Hawaii delivered  his State of the State Address before a Joint Session of the Hawaii State Legislature on January 22, 2018. Others officials present were Lt. Governor Shan Tsuitsui, Supreme Court Chief Justice Recktenwald, former Governors,  Mayor Harry Kim of Hawai’I County, Members of the Consular Corps, US Pacific Command officials among others.

Philippine Consul General Gina Jamoralin attended the event together with other members of the Consular Corps.

Speaker of the House Rep. Scott Saiki opened the session and Senate President Ronald Kouchi delivered the closing remarks.
