11 May 2021, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA – Consul General Joselito A. Jimeno welcomed Capt. Aldrin B. Doctor, Philippine Navy, on his assumption of duty as Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Liaison Officer to the United States Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) on 10 May 2021.

During their brief tete-a-tete, Consul General Jimeno and Capt. Doctor discussed politico-security developments affecting the Philippines and the region.

Prior to his posting in Honolulu, Capt. Doctor was assigned at the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans, OJ5, at the AFP General Headquarters in Camp Emilio Aguinaldo. He is a member of the Philippine Military Academy “Maalab” Class of 1993.
