2 September 2021, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA – Personnel of the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu underwent a Retooling on Passport Services on 30 August 2021 to ensure knowledge transfer for the unhampered delivery of passport services.  Messrs. Rodel V. Tejada and Severino B. Baliao of Post’s Passport Section conducted the retooling which covered all aspects of passport services from processing to releasing and tips for trouble shooting technical issues on the ePassport system and Qless appointment and queueing system.

Consular Assistant Severino B. Baliao demonstrates how to access passport information on the system.

 

Mr. Baliao explains how to properly receive and package passports for releasing.

 

Mr. Baliao explains and demonstrates how to troubleshoot the monitor for the Consulate’s Qless appointment and queuing system.

 

Consulate personnel are instructed on how to work the e-kiosks for passport releasing services.
