28 January 2022 - Assistance to Nationals Officer Mr. Derico B. Derupe of the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu is shown in the photos providing assistance to an OFW from American Samoa during his transit flight in Honolulu earlier today enroute to Manila.  Representations have been made by the Consulate with the US Customs and Border Protection to allow such transit in special cases to enable Filipino nationals to return to the Philippines.
