23 April 2022 – Consul General Emil Fernandez, third from left, visited the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies last April 21, where he met with Director Pete Gumataotao, fourth from right, and several of the Center’s faculty members and staff, shown in the photo. APCSS is a U.S. Department of Defense institution that provides a forum where current and future civilian and military leaders from the Indo-Asia-Pacific region gather to address regional and global security issues. The Center has produced over 450 distinguished alumni from the Philippines. (END)
