The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu opened a Condolence Book for the late former Philippine President Fidel V. Ramos at its Chancery. Governor David Y. Ige and Mrs. Dawn Ige, foreign consular officials, Hawaii legislators, and local government officials were among those who conveyed their messages of sympathy and condolences for the bereaved family of the late former president.
