Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, 11 October 2022 – Consul Grace Bulos led a team to service over 300 consular applicants during the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu’s consular outreach mission in Kona, Hawaii from 7 to 9 October. This was the Consulate’s fourth outreach mission and the second one to the Big Island for the year.
Consul Grace Bulos led the outreach team and was assisted by Consular Assistants Hermogenes Cayabyab, Elaine Aldaya, Joel Bulos, Salmineo De Castro and Finance Officer Abigail Ramos.
The consular outreach team processed 257 passport applications, 20 notarials and one report of marriage. Consul Bulos administered the oath to 30 petitioners for retention/reacquisition Philippine citizenship.
The Consulate partnered with the Hawaii County Office and the Kona Visayan Club in the conduct of the outreach.
