Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, 27 October 2022 - Acting Head of Post Grace Bulos met with Ms. Maria Araceli S. Escandor, Washington DC-based Philippine Agricultural Counsellor to the United States and the Americas, who is in Honolulu for official business. The two officials discussed cooperation between the Consulate and the Office of the Agricultural Counsellor to support the Philippine government’s efforts to improve the country’s agricultural sector.
