The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu informs registered overseas voters, who were mailed their postal voting packets but have not yet received them, that they may be issued new ballots at the Consulate until 8 May 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Overseas Voters are reminded to check the list of those whose mailing packets were returned to the Consulate and those with Incomplete/No Mailing Address on our website:

To claim their ballots at the Consulate, overseas voters must bring the following:

1. Duly accomplished notarized affidavit/undertaking (Click this link to download the form)

2. Duly accomplished OVF-1 (Click the this link to download the form)

3. Copy of Philippine passport OR dual citizenship documents; and

4. Copy of proof of change address or current address (e.g., utility bill, driver’s license, etc.)

Overseas voters are required to accomplish their ballot within the Consulate’s premises and immediately drop it in the designated ballot drop box.
